The core of the cadet staff is led by Naval Science 3 Juniors Lieutenant Anali Suarez and Lieutenant Junior Grade David Pena. Both cadets graduated from Area 4 Leadership and Sail Training in July 2019. They took the helm at our annual Passing of the Sword Ceremony in October 2019 where last years Commanding Officer, Lietenant Commander Samantha Melgar,  passed her sword and relinquished her position to Ms Suarez. This has been a very challenging year but under their leadership, Westbury NJROTC continues to excel!
