​Command Master Chief Petty Officer William Caraballo joined the Westbury Team In October 2019 after retiring from the USN. He is a native New Yorker hailing from Brooklyn NY. Master Chief spent 30 years in the Navy first as a Culinary Specialist and then as a Command Master chief.

Aviation Electronics Technician Chief Petty Officer Richard Immarigeon was at the very start of the Westbury NJROTC unit and has been with it since its commissioning in 2003.  He is also a native New Yorker growing up in Patchogue. He spent his 20 plus years in the Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician as well as amassing over 2000 flight hours in the ERA-3B Sky Warrior and the P3C Orion as an Electronics Warfare Operator, In-Flight Technician and Ordinanceman.
